My experience through the BGSU Executive Masters of Organization Development (EMOD) has allowed me to see the world through a new lens. This frame of reference is one that: takes in information from a systems perspective, seeing the interconnectedness between all things; understands the need to explore below the surface and outside of the system to make informed decisions; appreciates the unique perspective and wisdom of all members of a system; and recognizes the power of vision to support change.
